The Index To Records is made available to assist the public with access to City records. This is in accordance with the Sunshine Ordinance. A member of the public may request any of the records listed on the Index To Records in accordance with applicable public records laws.

If you believe your property assessed value is higher than the market value, you may request an Informal Assessment Review between the dates of January 2, 2025 – March 31, 2025. This only applies to single family dwellings, residential condominiums, townhouses, live-work lofts, and cooperative units.
