For the next 12 months, constituents who call the Office’s prior phone number will automatically be transferred to our new line. July 9, 2014 - Assessor-Recorder Carmen Chu announced that the City and County of San Francisco’s property roll value grew to $180 billion for Fiscal Year 2014-15, which is an increase of 6.02% or $10 billion over the previous fiscal year.
