Recording and Materials: The meeting will be recorded and be made available at the conclusion of the meeting. The recording and PDF of the presentation will be posted on the Office of the Assessor-Recorder’s webpage here after the hearing.
Budget Process: After concluding the meeting and receiving comments, the Office of the Assessor-Recorder will finalize its proposed budget and submit it to the Controller’s Office by February 21st. The Controller will review the proposed budget and transmit it to Mayor London Breed. By June 1, the Mayor will send the Board of Supervisors a complete budget for City agencies, including the Office of the Assessor-Recorder. The Board of Supervisors will hold additional public hearings on the proposed City budget in June and July, with additional opportunities for public comment, before adopting a final budget by August 1.
