2017 Report of Tenants

The Report of Tenants is to fulfill our duty of identifying assessable personal property as required by the Revenue and Taxation Code, which is done annually. We request that you provide the following documentation:

  1. A completed Report of Tenants
  2. A copy of your rent roll as of 1/1/2014, 1/1/2015, 1/1/2016, and the date of this letter
  3. Copies of leases or lease abstracts for leases started after 1/1/2014

As part of our efforts to streamline our processes and avoid unintended errors, we strongly encourage you to complete the Report of Tenants (item #1) in an electronic format through our website.
