  • Check for and assist any injured personnel
  • Check in with your supervisor ASAP
  • Notify your supervisor if you need to leave work
  • If evacuated, take your DSW ID card & Go Bag with you, if safe to do so

B. What to do if there is an emergency and you are not at work:

  • Verify and ensure the safety of your family
  • Contact your supervisor
  • Check the website
  • Call the Employee emergency hotline for information (628) 652-9243
  • Listen to the radio

C. What to do if there is an emergency and you are in the field:

  • Contact your supervisor.  If unsuccessful, follow the communications procedures listed on this site.
  • Call the Employee emergency hotline (628) 652-9243 to determine if it is safe to return to your work location.  If possible, return to your work location.
